"Moussaka" is a traditional Greek casserole dish with ground beef and eggplant. You'll start off by roasting thin eggplant slices. Then, you'll cook local ground beef alongside onions, garlic, and seasonings, all marinated in red wine. Finally, you'll broil layers of the roasted eggplant and ground beef filling with a homemade Greek yogurt cream sauce. The local Greek yogurt comes from Odyssey in Monroe, Wisconsin. Yummy!
